O nas

Firma powstała w 2013r. jako inicjatywa kliku zaprzyjaźnionych osób, które od kilkunastu lat związane są z pracą przy produkcji maszyn budowlanych. Uważamy, że nasze wspólne doświadczenie i wiedza nabyta w trakcie długoletniej pracy, daje nam solidne podstawy do zaistnienia na rynku, jako producent małych części maszynowych.

Nasza specjalność to obróbka skrawaniem z zakresu toczenia, frezowania i wiercenia. W niedalekiej przyszłości mamy w planach rozszerzenie naszej oferty o szlifowanie płaszczyzn i wałków. Wiele z wykonywanych przez nas detali wymaga obróbki cieplnej i galwanicznej, dlatego też współpracujemy z firmami, które gwarantują nam odpowiednią jakość pozwalającą nam sprostać wszystkim wymaganiom stawianym przez klientów.

W chwili obecnej nastawieni jesteśmy na produkcję mało i średnio seryjną. Zdarza się nam również wykonywać części pojedyncze, do starszych maszyn, do których nie ma już części zamiennych dostępnych na rynku. Części takie wykonujemy na bazie powierzonej dokumentacji lub na podstawie dostarczonej nam części zużytej i jej części współpracującej.

Jesteśmy terminowi, sumienni oraz otwarci na wszelkie propozycje współpracy.

About us

The company was formed in 2013, as the initiative of a few friendly persons, which from a dozen or so years are connected with the work at the production of the construction equipment. We think, that our shared experience and the knowledge purchased in the course of the long-standing work, is giving us reliable grounds for becoming known on the market, as the producer of small machine parts.

We specialize in turning, milling and drilling. In the near future we have plans to extension our offer for grinding plains and rollers. Many of workpieces that are performed by us require the heat processing and galvanealing, therefore we are cooperate with companies guaranteeing us the appropriate quality that enables us to match all the requirements imposed by our customers.

At present we are set to the small and medium lot production. We happen also to manufacture single spare parts, to the elder machines, that are no longer available on the market. We are manufacture such parts on the basis of delivered documentation or consumed part and its mating part.

We are timely, conscientious and opened to all proposals of cooperation.

Über uns

Die Firma entstand 2013, als Initiative einiger befreundeter Personen, die eine seit über einem Jahrzehnt andauernde gemeinsame Arbeit auf dem Gebiet der Herstellung von Baumaschinen verbindet. Wir sind überzeugt, dass unsere gemeinsame Erfahrung und das während der langjährigen Arbeit erworbene Know-how eine solide Basis dafür sind, uns als Hersteller von Maschinenkleinteilen auf dem Markt behaupten zu können.

Wir spezialisieren uns auf spanende Bearbeitung durch Drehen, Fräsen und Bohren. Wir haben vor, in absehbarer Zukunft unser Angebot um Flächen- und Wellenschleifen zu erweitern. Viele der von uns hergestellten Teile erfordern eine Wärmebehandlung und/oder galvanische Bearbeitung. Daher arbeiten wir mit Firmen zusammen, die in dieser Hinsicht eine Qualität liefern, die allen Ansprüchen unserer Kunden genügt.

Zur Zeit stellen wir Klein- und Mittelserien her. Gelegentlich fertigen wir auch Einzelteile für Maschinen, für die auf dem Markt keine Ersatzteile mehr erhältlich sind. Diese fertigen wir anhand der uns überlassenen technischen Unterlagen oder anhand der uns überlassenen verschliessenen Teile und ihrer Gegenparts.

Wir garantieren eine termingerechte Ausführung der Aufträge, arbeiten gewissenhaft und sind offen gegenüber Vorschlägen jeglicher Art von Zusammenarbeit.
